1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter "Terms", "Agreement", or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User", "Player", or "Account Holder") and jilaces (hereinafter "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"). The Terms govern your access to and use of the jilaces website, mobile interface, all associated betting and gaming services, account management features, promotional offers, and any other products or services made available through the jilaces platform.

Account Closure

Any pending bets will be settled in accordance with these Terms before the account is formally closed. 4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payments

jilaces accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank. The availability of any specific payment method may vary depending on your location and account status.

Minimum and Maximum Transactions

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed in your account dashboard at the time of the transaction and may vary by payment method. jilaces reserves the right to adjust transaction limits at any time with reasonable notice to affected users.

Deposit Processing

Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your jilaces account within seconds of the transaction being confirmed on the payment network. Deposits via bank transfer or card may take up to 24 hours to appear in your account. jilaces does not charge any platform-side fee on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours of submission, subject to successful identity verification and the absence of any account flags. All withdrawals must be made to a payment method previously used for deposit, or to a verified account in the account holder's own name. jilaces will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

Currency

All transactions on jilaces are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). There is no currency conversion applied to deposits or withdrawals. Your account balance is displayed exclusively in BDT at all times.

Fraudulent Transactions

Any attempt to deposit funds using fraudulent, stolen, or unauthorised payment methods will result in the immediate suspension of your account, forfeiture of all associated funds, and referral to the relevant authorities. jilaces employs real-time fraud detection systems and cooperates fully with financial institutions and law enforcement agencies in investigating suspected fraudulent activity.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

jilaces offers a range of bonuses, free bets, and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the point of the individual offer.

General Bonus Terms

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, which specify the number of times the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be staked before a withdrawal can be made.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

Placing Bets

All bets placed on jilaces are final once confirmed by the platform. It is your responsibility to ensure that the details of every bet — including selection, stake, and odds — are correct before confirming. jilaces will not reverse or modify a confirmed bet on the grounds of user error, except in the circumstances described below.

Bet Settlement

All bets are settled in accordance with the official result of the relevant event, as confirmed by the governing body or official result source for that sport or game type. For cricket, results are determined by the official scorecards published by the ICC, BCB, or the relevant domestic board. For casino games, results are determined by the certified RNG system at the time of play. Winnings are credited to your jilaces account immediately upon settlement.

Void Bets

A bet may be declared void and the stake returned to the player in the following circumstances: an event is cancelled or abandoned before reaching its official completion point; an obvious pricing error or technical error results in an incorrect market being offered; or a match is determined to have been subject to corruption or match-fixing, as confirmed by the relevant sporting authority.

Casino and Slot Games

All casino and slot games available on jilaces operate using independently certified random number generators. Published RTP (Return to Player) percentages represent the theoretical long-term return on all wagers placed and do not guarantee any specific outcome for individual sessions. Live Betting

• Money laundering: Using jilaces to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds as part of any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime scheme.
• Duplicate accounts: Opening or operating more than one account, whether in your own name or under aliases, for any purpose including bonus harvesting.
• Technical exploitation: Exploiting bugs, glitches, or technical errors in the platform to gain an advantage. Any winnings obtained in this manner will be voided.

9. Intellectual Property

All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the jilaces platform solely for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, publish, sell, sublicense, or otherwise exploit any content from the platform without the prior written permission of jilaces.

10. Limitation of Liability

11. Amendments and Termination

Amendments to These Terms

jilaces reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they substantially affect your rights or obligations as a user — jilaces will endeavour to provide reasonable notice via email or a prominent notice on the platform before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the jilaces platform after any updated Terms have been published constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not agree with any change to the Terms, you must stop using the platform immediately and may request account closure by contacting support.

Termination by jilaces

jilaces reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any user account at its sole discretion, at any time, and without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the account holder has violated these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, or poses a risk to the integrity of the platform. In such circumstances, jilaces may withhold funds pending investigation.

Termination by the User

You may terminate your jilaces account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat. Upon voluntary termination, any verified balance remaining in your account will be returned to you via your most recently verified withdrawal method, subject to standard KYC and security checks.

12. Governing Terms and Contact

These Terms & Conditions are written in the English language. In the event of any discrepancy between an English version and any translated version of these Terms, the English version shall prevail in all cases.
